I applied online. I interviewed at SHI International in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process is a collection of meetings with the recruiter, hiring manager, a panel, technical interview, leadership interview, etc, etc. Roughly 7-8 meetings that result in being ghosted by everybody in the company despite the amount of time spent providing information and speaking to people.
One day, these companies are going to wake up and understand that they are dealing with people's lives. Candidates are looking because they want something new in their careers, maybe it's been a dream to work at a certain company, maybe they were recently laid off, maybe they want to be treated as professionals.
This company should be viewed as the model of how NOT to deal with people, whether they are entry-level or tenured.

I interviewed at SHI International (New York, NY)
Interview
Quick and seamless process got the job within a week. Interesting process they have for hiring sales people. Sales is a good job, but you must put 100% in everyday.
Not the best at communication, but I guess they were overwhelmed, which I can kinda understand. Just is kinda disappointing when you don’t hear back for a while. On to the next one.
Thank you for providing feedback. We appreciate the time you took to explore a career with SHI. We wish you the best of luck with your future career aspirations.
