I'd strongly encourage applicants to proceed with caution before investing significant time in this company's interview process.
After six interviews — including a lunch meeting — I was asked to complete an extensive assignment and present my ideas. What followed was silence. I had to chase down a response myself, only to later discover that concepts strikingly similar to my presentation had been used in a campaign for the very client my assignment was based on. Coincidence? Possibly. But the specificity of the overlap, combined with several Glassdoor reviews describing nearly identical experiences, paints a concerning picture.
I can't say with certainty that the process was designed to extract ideas from candidates rather than hire them, but I believe prospective applicants deserve to know the full picture before committing their time, energy, and intellectual work to this process.
