Me pusieron pruebas de manejo y gestion de proyectos.
It was fairly easy. A bit technical so you have to learn more about print production and familiarize yourself with print technology as it will give you an edge among other candidates.
The interview process was fair. There is the ability to discuss potential growth opportunities & have a performance review within 6 months of being hired. Not able to select a preference for the team you will join.
