Different laboratory test names and application. It was easier, just the basics. They want to hear that you are reliable to work with team, and you are willing to commit a long period with them. The good thing was they they schedule the interview for separately for each candidate, it was quite comfortable.

The total process took about an hour. The interview itself was easy going and only took about 15 minutes. Afterwards, I was given a 30 minute tour of the lab.
