The interview process was comprised of multiple screenings from multiple levels of leadership with several follow up interviews. Lengthy interview process, but everyone was surprisingly upbeat. I had an overall okay experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SGM (Glenwood Springs, CO) in Nov 2020
Interview
Initial, relatively positive phone interview with clear expectations for the role. I was asked to travel approximately 1 hour (each way) to interview in-person in Glenwood Springs. Fifteen (15!) minutes before the interview, and after having driven an hour, SGM called to cancel. Their reason - and I quote: "We forgot to put you on the calendar". Never seen a company torpedo a candidate so swiftly and brazenly - though I give them credit for their honesty. They offered to pay for my 'gas money' -- even though - and they EXPLICITLY know this as consultants: my billable hours lost (along with my mileage) should have been reimbursed. Reminder to candidates: Do your due diligence before working for this company.
