I had applied with them directly through email. The next day my interview was scheduled which went for half an hour or so and then after 2 days one more interview was scheduled.

They had asked about the various ratios and some adjustments and their effects on the balance sheet and P/L.

The first round was written test
And then the excel test on financial modeling
And followed by hr interview

Interview
1st round is a written test related to capital markets.
2nd is a HR round where in they just ask u about ur previous experience n just trying 2 gauge ur communication skills.
3rd round is an excel test based on basic excel functions.
4th round is final HR round where is they look @ ur concept knowledge.
Total interview process takes about a month.
Be clear with ur concepts.
