Interview
The interview process contained 3 interviews. First was a phone call with the HR rep, 2nd was a video conference with HR and the hiring manager, and 3rd an in-person interview.
Very friendly, mostly basic questions about past experiences and future goals. Situational questions like how to deal with an angry customer. Few technical questions from resume. Over all good experience.

While waiting in the lobby the receptionist will engage you in conversation. This is part of the interview process. I was told they want to see how personable you are, and how well you communicate.
