The process started with a 30 minute phone interview . About three weeks after the phone interview, I was invited to a second phone interview with the manager of the closing department, but the recruiter messed up and scheduled the interview when said manager wasn’t available.
A few days after the scheduling mix up, I had the phone interview with my would-be manager. She asked hardly any questions of me, other than conversational stuff....which is fine, but at least humor me into believing that you’re seriously considering me for the role and not just wasting my time.
After another week and a half, I still hadnmt heard anything about the next steps so it took me reaching out to them, for them to tell me they had moved on with other candidates.
Hr needs to be more on the ball with the hiring process
