Its a 3 hour session for the first stage of interview, 1st hour would be a briefing on the company background, to give you a deeper understanding or clear picture for the nature of the company. The next 2 hours is an assessment or interview questions they designed for the new candidates, the questions i have stated below. Overall i would say the interview Is organised and systematic, one of the most challenging interview for a fresh graduate to attend. However, it was fun and good learning experience.
