Hello there. We appreciate your feedback regarding our interview process. We're sorry to hear you had a negative experience as that would never be our intention.
We value, above everything, culture fit within our company. The skills required to be successful can be learned. We provide in-depth training for all employees to ensure they are in the best position possible to be successful. Especially considering entry level positions, we are far less interested in the technical know than the interviewee as a person. Certainly the knowledge and skill-level is important, however, not nearly as important as maintaining the culture of our company.
While our main office is located in Jenkintown, we have a satellite office in Philadelphia. You can find the location by simply looking on our website or even performing a Google search.
We are well aware and educated on the legalities of the interview process. While we do not have an in-house HR department, we work diligently with our HR company to ensure all necessary protocols are in place.
Again, we apologize you had a negative experience interviewing with us and unfortunately we didn't feel that you would be the best fit for our company. We welcome you to apply again in the future as we expect to be around for quite some time ;)
