After sending SEEDS my resume and cover letter, I was emailed and asked to come in for an hour-long interview with SEEDS leadership, including the Executive Director and program heads (three staff total at the time). I was interviewed for about an hour, with questions asked by different staff members. After the first interview, I was emailed and asked to come in for a second hour-long interview. The interviews felt like a conversation rather than rapid-fire questions, and I was able to learn about the organization through the process.
