SEED BEAUTY interview questions

Had an initial phone screen with a member of HR and then a Zoom interview with the would be manager of the position. I had to do a skills assessment and then a presentation in my second interview. Both seemed to go well, but who knows? I never heard back and was ghosted, which I found to be a big red flag since I applied through an employee referral. Would have been nice to at least hear back after wasting my time on their assessment and presentation.

I applied through LinkedIn and received an email within a few days about setting up time for an intervieew. Prior to my interview, I had to take a personality assessment. I then was scheduled with HR for an initial interview about a week after I applied. The interviewer cut our interview about 15 minutes short.
