Cohesive Interview process from start to finish. First step was a phone interview; I then met with the General Manager before I was brought in to meet with HR and a panel of executives as a final round.

Management was easy to talk to, asked very valuable questions that were related to the job, we had 3 interviews with 3 different people, provided great training after interview and was able to perform job function as such
it was thorough insuring that the job role was a good fit. They want to see if your conversational because of the type of role it is talking to people in free flowing conversation is important.
