The actual face to face interview process seemed to be very randomly based and sporadic. Didn't seem that the questions that were asked pertained to the role as a driver at time, but there were some that tested my ability to adapt while in the field.

Easy and smooth conversation about Customer Service experience, Overall the interviewer was extremely welcoming to my experience and i was offered the position on the spot. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who's willing to become a driver in chicago and work directly with individuals and groups with disabilities

You go to the interview Monday thru Friday with your dmv printout and bus permit and you will be automatically hired with a good driving record. Catch is the company is very ratchet and fail to tell you that if you can't pass the cdl written exam the first week the job offer is no longer
