SCOUT interview questions

I met with the CEO. She knew her business and asked great questions. We had a series of excellent conversations where we talked about strategy, core values, business challenges, and her vision for the organization. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The process unfolded in three stages: first, an interview with HR; second, a meeting with the HR Manager; and third, a skills test conducted by the manager of the relevant department.
