The interview process was straightforward. Filled out the form online - on the company's website. Had an initial call to learn more about the position and shared my background. Was called back and had an interview with the hiring manager and department head.

Multiple rounds of interviews, initial interview with HR was more of a personality match discussion. Then met with department heads and leadership, this was several years ago but was a long process.
