It was 3 Rounds
The first interview was with the recruiter. She was specific about what qualities and experience the company is looking for in a new candidate
The second interview was over the phone with top management and the last one in the office with VP

Interview
They were very thorough in the interview process. I have not had a ton of jobs, but this was really professional and thorough. I was impressed with their processes and professionalism for being only a $50 million company.
