It was a relatively easy interview process. There is nothing technical about what they do. They are just the middle-man. It seems the work they do requires minimum skills. I had two phone interviews and an in-person interview. Some people I spoke to in-person were insincere, giving odd looks to each other during the interview and laughing when I asked questions. Other people were very friendly. Overall, not a great interview experience, but at least I realized this firm was not for me. I never heard back from them.
