I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SBS
Interview
The process was straight forward: an initial HR interview followed by one or two technical interviews. In addition, there were two short assessments conducted in front of staff, including a 15-minute personality quiz (similar in style to Google’s) and a 15-minute pattern recognition test. Both were completed in silence while the interviewers observed, which made the format feel a little unusual.
While the process was clear overall, I left with the impression that the interviewers were not entirely aligned on the specifics of the role—for example, the interview concluded with a question about what I thought a typical day in the role would look like. That felt unexpected and suggested some uncertainty on their side.
The main drawback was the lack of follow-up. Their website states that candidates should expect personalized feedback, but in my case, only a standard rejection email was sent.
