you also have to pass an interview by the phone were they asked you basic question
you have to pass somes tests on your competence in wine, etc.

Entrevue de groupe ( environ 10 pers). Les recruteurs vous mettent en situation de travail d'équipe et observe votre façon d'interagir avec les autres. Êtes-vous du type leader, introverti, avez-vous le sens de l'écoute.... Il n'est pas obligatoire de bien connaitre les vins ou l'alcool, mais de démontrer une ouverture d'esprit et un intérêt à apprendre.
