SAP Concur Training and Development interview questions

It was really fast. At the beginning. I didn't have a good feeling about the recruiter. During our first call she seemed too aggressive, patronizing and inpatient. However, I liked the job offer so I decided to continue. The second interview with manager followed shortly after. She seemed nice, explained all the next steps, I got excited. And than NOTHING! For a 2 months. I understand that I did not got it after 24 hours, and luckily find a better offer, but I am curios where was a mistake... Did arrogant recruiter make a mistake and not get back to me, as she was asked? Or did it take so long to a manager to decide? Anyway, after such a long time, I was expecting something more, than just generated email. I am very disappointed with whole rctm process, I had much higher expectation from the company.
