UX Design is a role which you create a user interface in order to make it easier for the users to use. A lot of people think it is a lot of coding process, but it's really not. If you love creating and designing, you will love the position of UX Design.

Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews.
First, a screener with the HR, then a personality assessment test followed by an hour long interview with a senior designer and finally a final interview with the design manager followed by the offer.
