the hr gonna call you to ask you about the basic situation, and language skills test. then the cv will be sent to the director of the business department and they would make the final decision

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SANY Group (Nairobi) in Sept 2025
Interview
There were 3 interviews,one with the headhunter (from a staffing firm),second interview with the Sany hiring team and the final with the leadership,Supervisors and head of department.Thereafter an offer letter was sent to me.The process takes roughly 2 weeks.
