It’s okay, the approach was very direct—asking about my five-year goals and details about my family background. In my opinion, they’re trying to understand my current priorities and long-term focus.

Standard questions without finding out what candidates are truly capable of or willing to do. Its up to the candidate to present their own case. HR could improve with more psychological training and work closer with various departments to find out what they truly need in a candidate.
