There were three interviews for my specific job I applied for. The first one was to discuss your work experience, salary requirements, why you are leaving your current job. The second was a series of pre-written questions, and the third was more pre-written questions.

Name a time when you and a supervisor disagreed, and how did you handle it?
What would be a disadvantage of sharing personal stories with your client?
What do you think about productivity and did you have it at your last job?
Name a flaw that you have in the workplace and how are you going about fixing it?
Name a time you had a crisis and had to get management involved and when do you like to get management involved?
How would you handle clients that are late, come to group intoxicated, and are disruptive in group?
It was easy and the staff were friendly. It was quick process. There are at least three interviews. What I like the most after the interview they tell you what’s next.?
