SAFC interview questions

Asked what you knew about the company then literally moved onto your personality and teamwork. Prioritised how well you fit in with a team. Education was of no importance. Knowledge was unimportant. Literally made sure you would fit into a team. Few questions about problem solving and how you would cope in certain scenarios.

Interviewers were in general friendly and tried to get to know more than trick you with hard questions. I met with the main supervisor first then others whom I might interact with daily. There is a trip to show you around which is followed by the real interview with the supervisor. As many interviews, they would show both the pros and cons of the position. Some people are key and some are there to just participate in the process. At the end of the day, I met with the bigger boss and you can tell right away!
