Have you had prior experience in effectively managing or interacting with international clients?
Several lengthy interviews but they were truly looking to understand experience and not add pressure so it was a good vetting process. There was some bias from one individual who specifically commented on my age. However, I'm glad I got exposure to several individuals during the process to gain an understanding of the company culture and talent.
