It was really fast. I had a scheduled interview after about one week of applying. The Manager didn't really ask me questions about my qualifications. She only asked me to tell her about myself and I provided her background about my experience. She didn't ask any other questions. I think she made up her mind before the interview and was simply going through the motion. It was really awkward with the silent. So I didn't try to win the position.
