Rigorous interview process. A series of stages from the first interview being a pymetric test, then the applicable work life questions to simulate the work environment. Then finally a pre recorded questions that can scope from anywhere within the roles in the bank.

First round was online video interview. Then went to the company for editorial tests and 2 one-to-one interviews. The interviewers are nice, good atmosphere. The editorial tests are about some news editing and rewriting, that's something new to me. The math was easy.
