Interview
There were four different interviewers located in two different buildings. HR was in one and management was in the other. The interview started early in the morning and lasted till mid morning. I was passed along to each person to answer various questions in the person's office or a conference room. Everyone was very friendly.

How do you feel about working where there is a ceiling on how high you can climb, since it is a private company?
Fairly simple and industry standard, one round of technical with the hiring manager and another with HR. The questions were centered around the technical ability to perform the day to day jobs.
