It was a two part interview process. After I spoke with the HR representative about the position and my interest, we scheduled a phone interview followed by an in person interview a few days later.

In the interview I was asked if I was prepared to immediately jump into projects; modeling and designing in revit & autocad, utilizing Bluebeam and kept up with modern codes.

Respectful company, had an interview with the president, the executive president and the electromechanical department manager. Alot of question been asked about my skills and experience. What is the different projects you have been working on.

First was contacted via telephone. Next had two phone interviews and two in person interviews. During the last interview had to take a intelligence/skills test.
