I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at S J Amoroso Construction (Costa Mesa, CA) in Mar 2013

Interview

It was a question and answer about construction of a typical 15-20 Million dollar project. After the 1st interview it was a two year game of chase where SJA wanted to hire me for a career not a project. Benefit and bonus programs were not clearly defined at the interview or even on an offer sheet.
