t was a poorly organized interview process, which spokevolumes about the company’s management style. The initial screening-call was withthe VP. He took our scheduled call while he was driving, so I didn’t have hisfull attention. He ultimatelyseemed unconcerned about my work history and how it was applicable to theposition. His personal description of the company was a bit pretentious andgave some condescending responses to my questions. The second interview was with the VP and the company owner. Theyrescheduled our meeting literally an hour before it was supposed to start, then decidedto jam the interview into a 1/2-hour window on a late Friday afternoon. Again, theyseemed unprepared. The company owner jumped onto the zoom meeting late and needed to orient himself. My questions about the company heavily guided most of the interview. The owner couldn’t explain the company culture well and was most interested in explaining the long working hours, and some people taking work home. I got the impression that there was little growth.
