Ryder System Transportation Applications Associate interview questions

Two Microsoft teams interviews and one initial screening with the recruiter. Fairly basic interview questions, nothing crazy. They ask you to turn your camera on which is fair but my second interviewer kept hers off so I was staring at a blank screen which was weird. In addition, they showed up late and didn't have my resume in front of her ahead of time. Didn't come across as very organized or professional. The recruiter and first interviewer were both great however. Advice for people looking to work here. They only hire internally unless you're coming in at an entry level position. Don't waste your time.
