Process was fast, about two weeks in total. Received call same day I applied by recruiter to schedule a phone interview the same day. Had 10 minute phone interview. Couple of days later scheduled site interview with manager. Following week with Sr managers and HR. In regards to questions it was based on experience and some standard questions about yourself.

Interview
Very structured interview process. I met the recruiter at a hiring event. Found an opportunity of interest that I was perfect for. Scheduled an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. Formal application sent via email. Second interview on-site with recruiter, hiring manager, and coworker. Within a week a job offer was extended. A week later drug test, background check all complete.
