Interviewed first with a recruiter for 45 minutes. Got a call a couple of days later from the Area Director to meet for a formal interview. We met in a hotel lobby for the interview. The interview lasted about an hour. Called me a day later to meet at the restaurant. Talked for about another hour & was offered the job for General Manager.
