The process starts with an initial chat with the head of operations and available staff. If that discussion goes well, they will send you two tasks to complete – an Excel task (completing a Commercial Model Exercise) and a formatting/information processing exercise (summarizing a project proposal's content and objectives). If you succeed in these tasks, you will be invited to a final interview with the head of operations and team leaders.
However, something to keep in mind: I completed all three steps and was expecting to receive a response by the following week, as per the information I was given. However, I never received any communication from the company, despite following-up.
Lack of transparency is not only unprofessional but also highly disrespectful to candidates who invest time and effort into the application process (including completing the set tasks!).
In today's professional world, where templates are readily available and standard practices exist, being ghosted after an interview is simply unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the company's organization and basic respect for candidates and potential future employees.
