I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Ryan (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied through a friend, flew to Nashville for an interview. Interviewed with the Team Leader and the Principal. Went to lunch. Didn't feel as if it were a formal interview and felt like I had the job. In retrospect I believe I was never a serious candidate for the position. I've heard nothing but great things about this employer, and will consider other positions or applying for similar ones when I have more experience.

Question 1
There were very little questions, so I can't say any of them were very tough.
1 phone interview and 2 zoom interviews. Was all within a week or two. Asked mostly basic behavioral questions, and also about how I’ve utilized Excel in projects and school work.

Question 1
How have you utilized Excel in previous work or school projects (Looking for specific functions that were used)?
It was a very long interview process and if spanned across 2 months long. In my opinion it should really only have been a couple interviews before they made their decision. Ryan LLC is very tedious who they pick though.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ryan (Lubbock, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
Very well organized; efficient and respectful; open-minded. The interviewer was seeking to understand me as a potential firm "asset" and there was a lot of positivity coming into and out of the company
