Applications go in through the UPMC website. I was then contacted via telephone and they explained the details of the position to see if I was still interested in setting up an interview. Met for an in-person interview at their facility. The manager was very approachable and explained the company and more about the position before asking a few standard questions and giving a tour of the facility.
