I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rutgers University
Interview
Fairly easy. Just a few questions. Mainly about availability and what their expectations were for you on the job. They also asked about prior work experience, just to see if this was your first job or not.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) in Aug 2019
Interview
I was hired for Neilson Dining Hall in August 2019. The interview was pretty relaxed, it was with the Student Unit Manager, who was a rising senior at the time. I applied one day and immediately got an interview the next. The requirements aren't that strict, just show that you're a decent, outgoing person and you'll get the job.
