The interview process takes a long time , for Rutgers clearance and DOc clearance then you have to wait to get a physical.There was no one to really follow up to see the progress of your application. The interviewer was very honest about the length of the process, however a company should not take taht long with their process they will loose potential good employees

Had a total of 3 interviews which went well, very straight forward. You must have patience though because the process is long, almost 4 months between 1st interview and hire date. Hiring date is not up to department where you will be working, processing after interview goes to HR where it can stall for a while.
