collaborative and group work-focused, they make you sit in a table and come up with scenarios on designing a lesson plan to efficiently teach students concepts. there will be volunteer observers from RLC watching

Online form submission, followed by group interview. You are assigned groups and you get asked questions that you discuss with group for few minutes, then you share your groups thoughts and answers with entire class.
