After submitting my resume online I was contacted via phone for a group interview. My initial interview consisted in meeting with the Director of the department and the typically getting to know you questions. I then spent several hours in two different group interviews with multiple members of the department. (I was the only one being interviewed.) After a tour of the campus I finished with a second meeting with the director. The second interview was similar to the first but with more directed questions about work ethic and problem solving skills and an extend amount of time with the person I would be working with directly.

Question 1
How I would handle a specific emergency situation? I was unaware of the department's protocols already in place so I was just responding instinctively. I think that they were more so looking for your train of thought in that moment as opposed to the specific steps that I would follow as it was later on part of my training.

Interview
The process was 2 part interview. One interview was with potential direct bosses and another interview was with potential associate deans through Zoom platform. The interviews took place about 2 weeks from each other.
