They asked me questions, asked to see me demonstrate my teaching, and wanted a curriculum vitae. They wanted to know the comprehensive nature of my knowledge, professional experience, activites, publications.

You can find the openings online on the career website. Or sometimes it's by word of mouth or recommendation of an existing employee. They check your technical ability and past teaching experience if any. Having a past teaching experience is a big bonus.

applied online and then i was invited for a phone interview. The person that i talked to on the phone was very nice and he made me feel comfortable. he asked me some questions about my background and resume. A week later i received an email and was asked for an in person interview.
