picked a day where the general manager wasn’t available, got my first interview with dining manager. common questions like “have you worked before” “why did you leave your last job” “how have you dealt with conflict/ guest complaint” “thing your good at (job related) and your weakness”! be cheerful and very respectful and responsive, and be also readily available most days for work.
then had my 2nd interview the next day with the general manager, mostly discussing the same things you did with the 1st interview, then asked my availability, easily hired because i had open availability mornings nights weekdays and weekends!
