First call was a quick screening process and then had a call with the regional director in my local area. The call was pretty straightforward on my experience, availability, and background. They seem to want you to work a day on the weekends depending on the location so that's something to keep in mind. Although, it may be different at yours. After that, I got an interview with the principal of my selected location to tour and take a physical exam.
Difficult interview
Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Russian School Of Mathematics
Interview
First got called in, didn't know I was gonna take an exam and immediately failed. Lots of math that you don't do everyday but you know how to do if given a day to review. I tried again, and got the job but I had to review a lot of high school math that you normally don't do.
