Because this interview was offered to me after a second intern was needed, I believe I was already being highly considered even prior to. The interview was led not by HR/Talent Recruitment specialists but by two of the office's leads, consisting primarily of a run down of the position's expectations. About two of my resume experiences were asked about very generally but with genuine interest, as they related directly to healthcare. Overall, my interviewers were very down to earth, cool and collected, as well as genuine about their interest in me as a candidate. I then interviewed with the lead boss of my office, which was really mostly a conversation to get to know each other rather than inquiries of me, and then a final interview with HR to review technicalities. HR then called me a few days later to let me know I was hired. I can't speak for other departments' interview processes, but my own was very welcoming and reflective of the Rush culture.
