      Print Production Interview

      25 Aug 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Austin, TX
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rural Rooster (Austin, TX) in Apr 2014

      Interview

I responded to a job listing that I found online. A few days after submitting my resume and some work examples by email, I received a reply saying "Thank you for applying, we are reviewing applications and we will get back with you." A week or so later I received and email asking to interview. I met with them 2 days later at the the studio. It was a relaxed interview. I mainly spoke with the owner, but took a tour and met everyone else work worked there. They asked me expected questions like my background experience, 5 year plan, and where I grew up. They welcomed my questions and it was almost more of a get to know you type of conversation. I followed up the next day saying thank you for the interview. They replied saying thank you as well and told me it'd be another week or so before they made a decision.
