Interview
Overall a pretty standard interview process :
Phone Screening (30 mins)
Cold Call Roleplay (30-40 mins)
In Person Lunch (60 mins)
CEO chat (15 mins)
At each level my questions were answered and I believe I was accurately assessed and valued as a candidate. I really appreciated the in person lunch interview, as it was a good look into the office + company culture (word of advice is plan the in person lunch for a day where people don't usually work from home)

The interview process was very easy and straight forward. You have a change to meet the team in person as well. They are very respectful of your time and they provide you with updates in a timely manner.

Interview
Interview had clear expectations, went smoothly. My interviewer had sent me a document to prepare which was helpful prior to my interview. Part of the interview was lunch/dinner which I liked, and then another part was cold call role-play. Overall good experience.
