Upon applying to posting on Craigslist I received a call relatively soon after for a phone interview. The phone interview is you standard with several odd/analytical type question unrelated to job experience. The position is a sales role. After the phone screen, within the same day received call back for in office interview. The environment was extremely casual, seemed like a laid back office. Some of the questions are repetitive as the phone interview. Pay discussed as heavily commission based. Was told by interviewer he would recommend me for next step interview the following week with his manager but never received their call.
